· location for mobile app use (for proximity to venues only); and

Why we collect this information
‍We collect customer personal information in order to:
a.  provide our services to customers and the stores who use our products;
b.  pass information to stores so that they can fulfill Confirmed Orders placed by customers;    
c. personalise the experience and improve our products and services;
d.  ensure that you are complying with our terms and conditions;
e.  performing research and data analysis on an aggregated and anonymous basis; and
f.   marketing our own and third-party products and services to customers, where you have indicated, or otherwise agreed, that we may do so.

Providing some information is required to use our services. If customers choose not to enter their name and email address, in order for stores to see your contact information, we will be unable to process your requests.

Customer personal information is secure
We keep all personal information safe by storing encrypted files only accessible by our staff. We take all reasonable steps to ensure that information is secure to prevent privacy breaches or information misuse.

  · Australia. Where our hosting services provider is located.
